Orders

'Buy Now' or 'Make to order'?

'Buy now' piece are currently in stock and available for immediate shipping. For orders placed before midday we will endeavor to dispatch your the same day- subject to payment approval and availability.

Items which are sold out can be 'Made to order'. This process requires 4-6 weeks, from order to delivery.

Please Note: All 'made to order', 'custom' and 'bespoke' orders are Final Sale and not eligible for refund or return.

Delivery

Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery. Please keep this in mind when giving your delivery address (home or work) and for high value items we always recommend using your billing address.

Please note the delivery times may vary depending on your location; please allow a longer delivery window for hard to reach locations.

All import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. 

For international duty rates please contact your local customs department. 

Exchanges and Returns

We are sure you will love each and every piece of Diane Kordas jewellery, but if you would like to return your purchase please email us within 10 days of receiving your order at: customercare@dianekordasjewellery.com

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Please be aware that all costs incurred in shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer. Duty reclaims on returns are the responsibility and we will endeavor to aid you with any required paperwork.

How to package your returns

We kindly ask that you return items in their original 'Diane Kordas' packaging. Diane Kordas reserves the right to charge a £5 packaging-restocking fee for branded packaging that is not retuned to us.

All of our jewellery is checked and packaged by hand in London, UK to ensure the highest standard.

Cleaning and Care

Where possible, it is best to have your Diane Kordas Jewellery professionally cleaned by your local jeweller. To keep your jewellery sparkling at home we recommend using gold or silver cleaning liquid, ultrasound machine. We do not recommend the cleaning of jewellery with treated polishing cloths or brushes.

Always dry your jewellery thoroughly after cleaning with a soft cloth.
Keep jewellery in its original packaging, pouch or, better still, in a polythene bag to avoid exposure to environmental pollutants.

Rhodium plating will naturally wear off gradually over time, however perfume, chlorine and cleaning products will speed up this process and may care tarnishing, damage and loss of stones.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Diane Kordas tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and refused refund. 

All items on Sale are final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

All items purchased with Merchandise Credit are final sale and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

All orders shipping outside of the UK, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.

Please note that we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value".

We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All bespoke orders, including custom gold and stone colours, custom ring sizes, custom lettering and design elements, and custom necklace chain lengths are final sale. For hygiene reasons earrings must be returned unworn in order to be eligible for return. Diane Kordas reserves the right to deny return of earrings that show any indication that they have been worn. 

Diane Kordas jewellery is manufactured in Greece and India, where our factories adhere to international work place standards. Our diamonds are 'conflict free' and fully compliant with the Kimberly Process.
